If returned goods go missing in transit to us, we will deem that you have not returned them. In the event of a return by you or anyone else, we can do an exchange (for same amount) or complete refund. However, you will have to pay the postage and handling cost of the return to Keep Your Health LLC. Defective Or Damaged Goods:

You must take steps to return defective or damaged good(s) within 14 days of purchase date; not date of delivery. Once we are notified and you have taken the necessary steps to return the defective or damaged good(s) upon your request we will re-fulfill and ship out the new product(s) free of charge or issue a full refund of the original price of the product(s) or good(s), delivery/shipping fee by way of the real and original method of payment. Again if you desire a replacement, you must request a product replacement and we will send out your replacement good(s) (always subject to availability) once we get the defective or damaged products in our possession. After the time frame of 14 days after purchase has elapsed a return, exchange or refund will NOT be issued.
